Transaction information. When you buy or sell, we collect order details, products purchased or sold, amounts, payment method, transaction or wallet references, delivery details (including a shipping address for physical goods), and the history of any escrow release, refund, or dispute. We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment providers.

Communications. Messages between buyers, sellers, and our support team, dispute submissions, evidence you upload (such as screenshots), reviews, and contact-form submissions.

Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar log data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Information from third parties. Payment providers, identity verification services, and analytics providers may send us information relating to you, such as payment confirmation or fraud-screening results.

We use personal information to:

• Process orders, hold funds in escrow, release payouts, and issue refunds.

• Maintain, analyze, and improve the Platform.
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions requirements.
• Protect our rights, users, and business, including enforcing our agreements.

3. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Platform and process your orders); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics, improving services); legal obligation; and consent (for example, optional cookies or marketing), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Between buyers and sellers. To complete an order, sellers receive the information needed to fulfill it (for example, your username, order details, and delivery address for physical goods). Buyers may see a seller's store name and public profile.

Service providers. Payment processors and gateways, hosting and infrastructure providers, email and support tools, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), and identity or fraud-screening vendors, who may use the data only to provide services to us.

Legal and safety. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect safety, or enforce our Terms.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

5. International Transfers
