Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This AUP helps keep BuyAccessHub a safe, lawful, and trustworthy marketplace for everyone. Violations may result in the actions described in Section 7.

2. General Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

Break the law. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order, or facilitate or encourage illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or sanctions evasion.

Deceive or defraud. Provide false information, impersonate any person or business, misrepresent a product, or run scams of any kind.

Misuse escrow. Attempt to bypass or manipulate the escrow system, including by asking a buyer to pay outside the Platform, moving a transaction off-platform to avoid fees or protections, falsely confirming delivery, or opening false or bad-faith disputes.

Abuse accounts. Create multiple or fake accounts to evade bans, inflate ratings, or manipulate reviews; share, sell, or transfer your account; or access another user's account.

Interfere with security or operation. Probe, scan, or test the Platform's vulnerabilities without written permission; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; or overload or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.

Use automation without permission. Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Platform, except as expressly permitted in writing.

Harass or abuse. Post or send content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Spam or phish. Send unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or chain messages, or attempt to obtain other users' passwords, payment details, or personal information.

Infringe rights. Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights, or violate others' privacy.

Manipulate ratings and reviews. Post fake, paid, or incentivized reviews, or retaliate against users for honest feedback.

3. Prohibited Products and Listings

Sellers must not list, advertise, or sell:

• Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized replica goods, or cracked or unlicensed software.
• Stolen goods, or digital items obtained through theft, fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access, including stolen or compromised accounts, credentials, or payment data, and keys or gift cards purchased with stolen payment methods.
• License keys, codes, or subscriptions that are invalid, already redeemed, revoked, resold in breach of the publisher's terms, or otherwise not genuinely transferable.
• Personal data, databases, or leaked information.
• Malware, hacking tools intended for unlawful use, or services that facilitate cyberattacks.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or other regulated or restricted goods.
• Adult content involving minors, or any unlawful sexual content.
• Items or services that violate sanctions, export controls, or other trade restrictions.
• Services designed to evade platform rules, bypass age or identity checks, or enable cheating that violates a game's or service's published terms.
• Any product that cannot lawfully be sold in the Seller's or Buyer's jurisdiction.

We may remove any listing at our discretion, including those we consider unsafe, misleading, or likely to cause harm to users or to BuyAccessHub.

4. Listing Standards for Sellers

Titles, descriptions, images, prices, and delivery times must be accurate and not misleading.

Listings must clearly state important conditions such as region restrictions, platform compatibility, subscription length, account or device requirements, and whether the item is new or used.

Sellers must deliver products as described, within the stated time, through the Platform's delivery tools.

Sellers must respond to buyer messages and disputes promptly and honestly.

Sellers must not misuse product images, brand names, or logos in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement they do not have.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws and with this AUP while using the Platform, and for the content you post.

You agree to cooperate with any investigation of a suspected violation, including by providing documents or identity information we reasonably request.

Buyers are responsible for using products in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the relevant third-party service or publisher.

6. Reporting Violations

If you see a listing, message, or behavior that violates this AUP, report it to contact@buyaccesshub.com or through the report option on the Platform. Include relevant links, order numbers, and screenshots. We review reports and may take action, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.

7. Enforcement

We may monitor the Platform and investigate suspected violations. We may, at our sole discretion and with or without notice:

• Issue a warning or require corrective action.
• Remove or edit listings, reviews, or other content.
• Cancel orders and hold, reverse, or refund escrowed funds.
• Withhold or reserve seller payouts while an investigation is pending.
• Limit features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts.
• Report activity to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, or affected third parties, and cooperate with their requests.

Where a Seller's violation causes loss to a Buyer, we may recover that amount from the Seller's balance or pursue other remedies.

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion, and our failure to act on a violation does not waive our right to act later.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuyAccessHub, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of this AUP or from activity conducted through your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Platform or when we notify you by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised AUP.
